Confusion over Cleghorn case

There's confusion over today's appeal hearing for a New Zealand man convicted of sex charges in Cambodia.

Graham Cleghorn was convicted in 2004 of raping five women who worked as his maids and sentenced to 20 years in prison.

His New Zealand lawyer, Greg King, says he is concerned that witnesses also due to appear have not been contacted and fears more delays.

But Cleghorn's Cambodia-based lawyer says he expects the hearing to go ahead.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says it has received assurances that all witnesses have been properly contacted.
