Graham Cleghorn is serving a 20 year sentence for raping five of his female workers, but says a Cambodian women's group set him up. But his appeal hearing was adjourned yesterday when the five women and their lawyer failed to turn up in court. It is expected to go ahead in January. Cleghorn's Cambodian lawyer, Ry Ouk (Ree Oak), says the women should have been subpoenaed and his client is very disappointed that the case did not go ahead..
