	Radio New Zealand December 2 2006 Appeal scheduled in Cleghorn case The New Zealand lawyer for Graham Cleghorn, who's been jailed in Cambodia on sex charges, says an appeal is scheduled to take place this week. The 60-year-old was convicted of raping five of his workers, but says a Cambodian women's group set him up. The New Zealand ambassador intervened in Cleghorn's case after an appeal was conducted without his knowledge. Cleghorn's lawyer, Greg King, says the fresh appeal will take place in Cambodia on Thursday.
