Graham Cleghorn….victim of injustice in Cambodia?

	Newstalk ZB July 7 2006; 14:20 Cleghorn has appeal adjourned New Zealander Graham Cleghorn has had his appeal adjourned. The 58-year-old is serving a 20-year sentence in a Cambodian jail for sex offences. Cleghorn was supposed to have an appeal hearing on Monday, but due to a change in legal representation he sought an adjournment which has now been granted. It will be Cleghorn's fourth attempt to have an appeal heard. Earlier this year a hearing was held, but he was not informed of it until afterwards. This latest appeal was granted only after the New Zealand ambassador intervened. It is not known when the appeal will now be heard.
